Role Overview

We invite passionate individuals with a flair for first-class hospitality and a keen interest in Food & Beverage to join our team. As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will enhance guest experiences through attentive service and culinary artistry as part of the dynamic Food & Beverage team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring seamless operation of the Food & Beverage department, providing top-tier guest experiences in all service aspects.
  • Work collaboratively to maximize guest satisfaction and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Responsible for assigned duties, completing tasks professionally and efficiently.
  • Contribute to achieving department plans and hotel objectives.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to manage costs, inventory, and maintain high productivity and performance.
  • Foster positive work relationships and uphold company culture and values.
  • Ensure all legislative compliance and due diligence standards are met, including documentation for internal and external audits, with follow-up as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Previous food and beverage service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach with a strong, can-do attitude.
  • Dedication to exceptional guest service with enthusiasm for hospitality.
  • Creative problem-solver capable of taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • High personal integrity and commitment to excellence.
  • Competency in using various IT systems.
  • Effective communication skills.
