Job description
Role Overview
This position entails leading research and analytical efforts on space systems, alongside strategizing the development and management of defence relations specific to the Space domain with international partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide research and conduct analysis of global developments in Space to support the National Space Agency of Singapore (NSAS).
- Devise and implement strategies for cultivating defence relations related to Space with foreign entities.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of defence relation initiatives and programmes.
Challenges
- Keep abreast of rapid advancements and dynamic updates within the Space sector and programmes.
Candidate Profile
- Possess academic qualifications in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
- Bring a minimum of six years’ relevant professional experience.
- Have comprehensive insights into space system operations, including knowledge of space technologies, programs, and international space policies.
- Demonstrate capacity to work autonomously with strong problem-solving and effective communication skills.
