About the Team

The Global Brand & Audience team is responsible for developing and implementing artist strategy and planning, driving both culture and commercial streaming. This team encompasses cross-functional disciplines including Creative Development, Paid Media, Influencer/Creator Marketing, and Direct-to-Fan and Community Engagement, focusing on marquee artists and their narratives.

Your Role

As a Team Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Brand & Audience Services department. This entry-level position acts as the connective tissue for the team, ensuring cross-functional projects remain organized and general team logistics are managed efficiently. You will support the team in executing high-volume digital and physical marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the creation and execution of Linkfire links for catalog releases, verifying active links, updated information, and accurate destination URLs across global territories.
  • Monitor social platforms to identify trending audio and formats relevant to catalog brand strategies, delivering timely insights to the Social Creative lead.
  • Submit song attributions and conversions for original sounds on TikTok and Meta.
  • Oversee the updating and delivery of custom audiences to Meta for retargeting purposes.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Media team to collect assets and approved copy for paid media campaigns.
  • Process and route vendor invoices to the appropriate teams for payment.
  • Assist in the setup, build, and live execution of paid media campaigns across major digital and social platforms, including Spotify, TikTok, and Meta.
  • Monitor live campaign performance, assisting with pacing, budget tracking, and real-time optimization to maximize return on investment.
  • Ensure consistent synchronization, cleanliness, and up-to-date status of first-party data segments with external ad agencies and partner platforms.
  • Maintain data integrity across systems to support targeted audience retargeting and acquisition efforts.
  • Provide general paid media reporting, generating structured performance updates for Brand leads during and post-campaign.
  • Compile and format raw campaign data into standardized reports for performance tracking.
  • Coordinate the internal ad credits workflow, ensuring platform credits are tracked, allocated, and executed efficiently for global campaigns and territory collaborations.
About You
  • Possess meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate initiative in anticipating team needs and developing streamlined workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Maintain a deep connection to music culture and social media trends, with a foundational understanding of social platform specifications (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat).
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and have experience with or a keen interest in project management tools and AI-driven workflows.
