Role Overview

We seek a full-time Assistant Bakery Manager located in Lucknow to support day-to-day bakery operations. Key responsibilities include supervising baking tasks, assisting in scheduling production, and ensuring all products meet both quality and visual presentation goals. The Assistant Manager will also help manage employee shifts, conduct training sessions, and maintain a safe, hygienic workplace environment. Daily duties involve monitoring inventory, liaising with suppliers, and enforcing food safety and sanitation standards. Engaging with customers to address their concerns and bolstering sales and promotional efforts are also vital parts of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experienced in bakery or food service settings with some management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in baking techniques and bakery product preparation.
• Strong customer service orientation to ensure excellent guest interactions.
• Knowledgeable about food safety protocols and hygiene to maintain compliance and ingredient handling standards.
• Ability to manage inventory effectively to reduce waste and coordinate supply orders.
• Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities, with a detail-oriented and reliable approach.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling; understanding of local food regulations is advantageous.
