Role Summary

The Asset Management Analyst / Associate will support the Asset Management function in Abu Dhabi by helping oversee governance, tracking portfolio performance, and maintaining reporting discipline across digital infrastructure assets. The role involves managing trackers, supporting governance documentation, coordinating inputs from different teams, and assisting with performance analysis across the portfolio.

Working alongside Asset Management, Finance, Operations, Technology, and external partners, the person in this role will contribute to accurate reporting, strong governance, and effective portfolio oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep portfolio dashboards, KPI trackers, and performance reporting tools updated and reliable.
• Prepare governance packs, board-level materials, and reporting for partners.
• Track action items, post-closing commitments, and risk registers across the portfolio.
• Collect, check, and interpret data from stakeholders across different functions.
• Build variance analyses and performance summaries for leadership updates.
• Carry out market research, benchmarking, and sector-level analysis.
• Help with financial models, scenario analysis, and presentation decks.
• Organize governance meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist with bringing new platforms into the Asset Management framework.
• Look for ways to improve reporting methods, tools, and workflows.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Assets, or a closely related discipline.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in asset management, investment operations, financial analysis, portfolio reporting, or a similar area.
• Recent graduates with strong academic results, internships, or relevant project exposure are welcome to apply.
• CFA Foundation or CFA Level I is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to data visualization, portfolio management, or reporting systems is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; Arabic is beneficial.
