Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Asset Integrity Manager to join an international team based in the United Arab Emirates. This position focuses on safeguarding the reliability, safety, and long-term performance of critical equipment and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and roll out asset integrity strategies, frameworks, and programs.
- Maintain high standards for the safety, reliability, and operational performance of essential assets and infrastructure.
- Drive risk-based inspection efforts, corrosion control activities, and integrity evaluation work.
- Track asset health and translate findings into preventive maintenance and inspection schedules.
- Review performance data from assets and propose corrective measures and continuous improvements.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, maintenance, and HSE teams to align integrity priorities.
- Make sure activities comply with applicable industry requirements, regulations, and internal policies.
- Contribute to lifecycle planning and long-term reliability improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Solid prior experience in asset integrity, reliability engineering, inspection, or maintenance leadership.
- Practical understanding of RBI, corrosion management, fitness-for-service reviews, and integrity management systems.
- Working knowledge of international frameworks and standards such as API, ASME, ISO, and NACE.
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership ability, and problem-solving capability.
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Background in oil and gas, petrochemicals, energy, or other industrial environments is strongly preferred.
