Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Asset and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer to excel in a dynamic environment. This role entails overseeing project delivery, managing O&M requirements throughout the project lifecycle, working collaboratively with various project teams, coordinating technical documentation both at system and subsystem levels, facilitating training processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between design/build teams and O&M teams. Additionally, the role focuses on capturing feedback to enhance product engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propose and manage budgeting for O&M engineering tasks and operating costs within projects.
  • Allocate and ensure proper distribution of O&M project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective asset management strategies.
  • Deliver O&M outputs punctually, aligned with project timelines and financial plans.
  • Create guidelines covering O&M manuals, training programs, spare parts, special tools, and pricing documentation.
  • Prepare and provide operational analyses, comprehensive operation and maintenance plans, manuals, procedures, mobilization plans, obsolescence management, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
  • Develop configuration management and obsolescence management plans.
  • Review design change requests and actively participate in design evaluations with the design and build team.
  • Ensure the successful handover process from design/build phases to the operator, including requirements transfer and design reviews.
  • Formulate technical specifications for spare parts and service agreement contracts.
  • Analyze operational and maintenance performance data to optimize processes.
  • Implement failure report assessments and coordinate corrective measures.
  • Define, execute, and update mobilization plans accordingly.
  • Review documentation provided by subcontractors to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Engage in project, bidding, and delivery phases to maintain schedule adherence.
