Overview
Mona Generator Services Private Limited seeks a proactive and goal-driven Area Sales Manager to lead generator sales efforts in Faridabad and surrounding areas. The role focuses on field sales, business growth, client acquisition, dealer relationship management, and meeting predefined sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily field visits to uncover and cultivate new business possibilities for diesel and gas generators.
- Target industrial, commercial, residential sectors, including hospitals, builders, factories, schools, and government bodies, to offer reliable power backup products.
- Meet a quarterly minimum sales goal of five generators and monthly sales of five DG sets, with incentives provided for exceeding monthly targets as per company norms.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with customers, contractors, consultants, OEMs, and distribution channels.
- Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate terms successfully, and close sales deals.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, regularly report leads, meetings, and closed deals through CRM systems or daily updates.
- Conduct analyses of competitors, observe market changes, and pinpoint new opportunities within the designated territory.
- Collaborate closely with technical, service, and operations departments to ensure efficient order processing and superior customer experience.
- Manage payment follow-ups, customer documentation, and support services post-sale.
- Professionally represent the company at client meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry networking events.
