Role Overview
This position is for an Area Sales Manager focused on home loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business in Hyderabad. The role centers on leading sales activity, supporting channel growth, and ensuring smooth handling of lending transactions while staying aligned with compliance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance of the team and drive steady business growth.
- Use sales planning and execution to achieve monthly revenue goals.
- Work within regulatory and compliance guidelines at every stage of the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support product-related improvements.
- Lead home loan and LAP sales by managing team activity, strengthening channel partnerships such as DSAs and builders, and assisting customers through the loan journey.
- Ensure monthly disbursement targets are achieved while maintaining credit and financial compliance.
Eligibility
