About the Role
A reputable company with a growing footprint across Saudi Arabia is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead and enhance sales efforts within a designated region. This position demands a strategic leader capable of driving revenue growth, fostering strong customer connections, and managing distributor relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales strategies tailored to the region.
- Consistently meet revenue and profit goals in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and prominent clients.
- Track sales data and local market developments.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Sales Executives operating locally.
- Spot new sales prospects and opportunities to expand market reach.
- Ensure marketing campaigns are properly executed within the territory.
- Regularly visit clients and conduct business performance evaluations.
- Generate accurate sales forecasts and comprehensive territory reports.
- Analyze competitor actions and propose strategic countermeasures.
- Work in partnership with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to align with customer needs.
Candidate Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of six years in sales, including experience managing regional sales.
- Solid knowledge of B2B sales and distribution channels.
- Experience handling customer portfolios and leading sales teams.
- Strong skills in negotiation and delivering presentations.
- High commercial insight and business acumen.
- Availability to travel throughout the designated region.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are a plus.
