Job Details
The role suits someone with approximately 3 to 6 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist, preferably with background working in Ireland or the UK, familiar with current construction standards and practices. The candidate should have experience across residential, multi-unit housing, private housing, office, and large commercial projects, with a particular advantage being mid- to large-scale housing expertise.
The position requires strong technical skills, especially proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience managing project delivery stages. The candidate must be confident preparing detailed drawing sets, comfortable with onsite work, and adept at communicating with clients and contractors throughout construction phases.
Technical Requirements
Expert knowledge of the software Revit is essential for the role.
Compensation and Benefits
