About the Role
Little Diversified Architectural Consultants, a nationally acclaimed design firm known for its progressive approach and recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For,” is seeking a dedicated Architectural Designer. This position is based in our Community Studio located in Tysons Corner, Virginia. We value passion for superior design and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create conceptual designs and support documentation, including physical and digital models, renderings, diagrams, and technical drawings, contributing to various building projects and planning studies.
- Assist construction document production and gain hands-on experience with construction practices on site.
- Conduct and support architectural research efforts.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Have at least three years of professional architectural experience.
- Be actively progressing towards professional licensure.
- Demonstrate strong design capabilities and proficiency in production tasks.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess advanced computer skills, including proficient use of Revit (required), 3D rendering software such as SketchUp, and presentation tools like PowerPoint, InDesign, and Photoshop, alongside traditional hand sketching abilities.
- Show self-motivation and eagerness to learn all facets of architecture.
