We focus on residential, commercial, and community projects throughout Westchester County, delivering innovative designs that transform existing structures with creativity, technical skill, and meticulous attention.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural drawings and permit documentation utilizing AutoCAD
• Develop design concepts and create presentations for clients
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and local governmental bodies
• Conduct field measurements and on-site visits to support design accuracy
• Support construction administration duties including handling RFIs and submittals
• Oversee projects from initial design stages through construction completion

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Preferably 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD and preparing construction documents
• Strong communication abilities and organizational skills
• Knowledge of New York building codes and permitting processes is advantageous
