About the Role
Rhythm Careers is collaborating with a reputable architectural studio located in North Dublin, seeking an Architect to join their expanding team. The Dublin office hosts around 25 professionals, with additional members spread across other locations. The studio operates across several sectors including Residential, Data Centre, Commercial, and Hospitality, producing high-standard projects.
Job Responsibilities
The role focuses primarily on residential projects within Dublin. Candidates will engage in client and consultant meetings, conduct site visits, and handle design certifier reporting tasks.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
The desired applicant should possess prior residential architecture experience in Ireland, favoring those familiar with high-rise developments or housing schemes. Mastery of Revit software is mandatory. Candidates must hold relevant industry qualifications such as RIAI, ARB, or similar, and demonstrate a robust understanding of Irish building codes and industry norms. Effective communication skills, confidence, and a practical, hands-on attitude are crucial.
