Role and Responsibilities

• Taking independent responsibility for architectural projects across various HOAI service phases.
• Developing designs, obtaining approvals, and managing execution plans.
• Preparing and coordinating project documentation.
• Collaborating closely with clients, specialized planners, and regulatory authorities.
• Supporting tendering, awarding contracts, and construction supervision activities, depending on experience level.
• Ensuring project quality, deadlines, and cost-effectiveness throughout all phases.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in architecture.
• Experience working in architectural offices is preferred; however, motivated recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient with standard CAD software such as ArchiCAD or AutoCAD, with BIM knowledge considered an advantage.
• Well-organized and able to work independently.
• Excellent team player with commitment and a sense of responsibility.
• Good command of German in both spoken and written form.
