Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop architectural concepts through to project completion
  • Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and necessary documentation
  • Manage project delivery across all RIBA work stages
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in design meetings, site visits, and project evaluations
  • Prepare submissions for planning permission and building regulations
  • Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and industry standards
  • Coordinate project data utilizing BIM and other digital design tools
  • Contribute to successful delivery of projects predominantly in the healthcare sector across the UK
  • Support innovative, sustainable, and client-focused design solutions

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Architect registered with the ARB; RIBA Chartered status preferred
  • Proven experience managing projects through all RIBA stages
  • Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software
  • Strong technical detailing and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, working both independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality architectural design
  • Healthcare industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Motivated to contribute to a growing firm with an exciting project pipeline
