Role Overview

OnTime HealthCare Services is seeking an Arabic-speaking Marketing Coordinator in Dubai to manage client communication, support marketing operations, and keep campaigns running smoothly between clients and the internal execution team.

Client Coordination and Account Support

You will serve as the main contact for assigned marketing clients, making sure their requirements, branding preferences, and campaign objectives are clearly understood and handled. The role involves gathering content needs, obtaining approvals, providing progress updates, and keeping communication organized between clients and the marketing team.

Coordination with the Marketing Team in India

Daily and weekly coordination with the external marketing team is a core part of the job. Social Media and Content Oversight

Campaign Coordination

You will assist in coordinating digital advertising activities across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. This includes sharing campaign briefs accurately, checking on implementation progress, asking for optimization updates, and translating performance information into simple client-friendly updates.

Reporting and Performance Updates

Another important responsibility is collecting monthly reports from the marketing team and presenting them in a way that clients can easily understand. Reports may cover engagement, reach, and lead generation. You will also maintain records of campaigns and client feedback, while flagging issues and improvement areas to the relevant teams.

Internal Collaboration

You will work closely with business development and sales teams during new client onboarding, help pass client requirements to the marketing execution team, and support the preparation of marketing proposals and service presentations.
