Job Overview
The company is looking to hire freshers for the role of AR Caller Trainee in Mohali for a US healthcare process under the medical billing department. This is a night-shift opportunity with a virtual interview process and on-site work from Mohali.

Eligibility
Any graduate may apply, including students graduating in 2025, provided they have completed their final semester exams and do not have any standing arrears or backlogs. Postgraduate students are not eligible.
Required Skills
- Comfortable working in a US night shift
- Strong spoken and written English communication
- Excellent listening and verbal interaction skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to present information clearly
- Experience in international voice processes is an added advantage
- Open to candidates with 0 to 1 year of BPO experience in domestic or international processes
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to align with the organization’s work culture
