About Success Way

Success Way is a growing French and English client acquisition agency expanding internationally. We assist business leaders in finding clients and are currently building a team of setters in Madagascar to secure appointments.

Role Overview

Your task is to communicate in writing with French business leaders and arrange appointments for the agency. Communication channels include LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email, and WhatsApp. There are no phone calls involved: you engage through messages, captivate prospects, and book appointments.

Compensation

Payments are made weekly. The salary consists of a guaranteed base plus a bonus for each appointment confirmed and held. Successful setters typically earn around 400,000 Ariary per week, approximately 1,700,000 Ariary monthly. This equates to two to three times a typical call center salary, paid weekly from home.

Provided Support

We offer comprehensive training on our method, effective message templates, and support during the initial days. You will join an established structure with a team and coordination, and your role can progress from setter to senior and eventually to team lead, with increasing bonuses at each level.

Expectations

• Fluent written French without errors.
• Responsiveness when prospects reply.
• Consistent daily activity.
• Good internet connection and a computer.
• English skills are an advantage, enabling international activity.
• Experience in prospecting or call centers is beneficial but not required; motivation and reliability matter most.
