Role Overview & Responsibilities
The role involves managing support for photo and video editing applications using ServiceNow platform to ensure effective issue resolution within agreed service levels. Providing Level 1 and Level 2 support focusing on troubleshooting Windows OS issues is a key component of this position.
Key Duties
- Handle application support requests related to photo and video editing software through ServiceNow.
- Achieve timely resolution of incidents adhering to agreed SLAs.
- Deliver proficient L1 and L2 technical assistance, including root cause analysis for problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems and driver installations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting photo/video editing applications.
- Knowledge of driver installations and related troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis effectively.
Eligibility
The position is open to candidates holding any graduate degree.
