Job Overview
This opportunity calls for an experienced professional with expertise in business process management and Appian platform development. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing business solutions that clearly demonstrate value, primarily within Agile project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design business processes using Appian Analyst and Designer views.
- Utilize Appian Smart Services and Tempo Interface effectively.
- Collaborate closely with key business users to gather scenario-based requirements.
- Analyze, document, and write business and functional requirements comprehensively.
- Contribute to developing current and future operating models.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to translate concepts into actionable work plans.
- Design, test, and implement complex systems, preferably in an international setting.
Required Experience and Skills
- Between 4 to 19 years of experience in business process management.
- Proven track record in Agile methodologies and working in Agile projects.
- Strong understanding of business process flows and ability to analyze them expertly.
- Demonstrated capability in scenario-based requirements gathering and solution design.
Eligibility
Open to candidates holding any graduate degree.
