Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain the product roadmap aligning with strategic objectives.
• Define detailed product requirements, including user stories and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure exceptional user experience.
• Serve as the communication hub between development, design, marketing, and management teams.
• Perform thorough market and competitive analyses to inform product decisions.
• Identify and prioritize new features and improvements driven by user feedback.
• Create and manage backlogs, coordinating feature releases and rollouts.
• Enhance internal workflows such as support, quality assurance, and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Work with customer support to analyze and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor app performance metrics and operational KPIs vigilantly.
• Implement and uphold process automation tools to increase efficiency.
• Coordinate with external partners and service providers.
• Analyze user behavior through tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Firebase.
• Design and deliver detailed reports and dashboards for insight sharing.
• Measure and refine KPIs including retention, conversion, and churn rates.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate product decisions and strategies.
• Maintain close communication with management regarding strategy and goals.
• Organize and oversee sprint and planning meetings effectively.
• Report status updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders consistently.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Manage app store activities: updates, descriptions, and ratings.
• Plan releases and rollout strategies for new app versions.
• Handle bug management, user reports, and prompt hotfixes.
• Ensure compatibility with the latest iOS and Android operating systems.
• Participate in monetization approaches, including subscriptions and in-app purchases.
• Explore opportunities for growth and expansion into new markets.
• Develop initiatives for user acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and product launches.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' professional experience in a comparable business setting; experience within the app industry is advantageous.
• Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of German or Russian is a beneficial plus.
• A passion for refining operational processes into efficient, smooth-running systems.
• Hands-on approach, willing to engage directly in tasks rather than solely delegating.
• Thrives in independent work environments delivering fast results.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize critical tasks efficiently while maintaining an overview.
• Demonstrates flexibility, dedication, autonomy, and determination.
