Apiculture Field Coordinator (Bee Keeper)

Role Overview

We seek an Apiculture Field Coordinator to manage and oversee bee-related field operations, coordinate with beekeepers, and contribute to sectoral development planning. The position is based in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule field activities aligned with seasonal trends.
• Collaborate closely with beekeepers to coordinate various bee management tasks.
• Generate detailed reports and gather data on the execution and outcomes of field activities.
• Provide timely updates and share real-time information concerning hive conditions and ongoing field operations.
• Train and mentor novice beekeepers to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Offer technical guidance and instructions related to field procedures for the beekeeping team.
• Create and maintain weekly work schedules for the entire field workforce.
• Engage with management and directors in strategic planning efforts aimed at growth and enhancement of the beekeeping sector each season.
