About the Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, hard-working, and collegial Analyst/Sr. Analyst to join our dynamic Capital Markets team. This role is crucial for supporting the successful and timely execution of company financings. You will have the opportunity to engage in a wide array of transactions, including project finance debt, bridge facilities, LC facilities, bonds, corporate debt, tax equity, and other structured capital solutions. The specific level of the position will be determined by the candidate's experience. Working within collaborative deal teams, you will concentrate on financial modeling, analysis, due diligence, and transaction documentation. This position offers significant learning potential, with the expectation that the individual will eventually lead financings. We are looking for a proactive team player with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage pressure, and a commitment to problem-solving and identifying opportunities. You will collaborate across departments, contribute to process improvements, and foster our positive company culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist capital formation efforts by contributing to deal teams, performing financial modeling and analytical tasks, managing due diligence processes, and supporting the negotiation of transaction documents.
• Proactively address challenges and drive the execution of financial closings.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships both externally and internally within the company.
• Support funding processes, including managing funding requests, cash flows, closing deliverables, and coordinating with agents.
• Engage closely with various internal functional teams, such as M&A, FP&A, project development, procurement, construction, O&M, and asset management, on diverse work streams.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of company operational processes.
• Actively participate in and promote our open and positive work environment.
• Uphold the highest standards of business ethics.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Acquire 1-5 years of professional experience within a leading sponsor, investor/lender, or advisory firm in the data center, power, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.
• Demonstrate prior transaction experience, including project finance debt, tax equity, infrastructure debt, project bonds, structured finance, or data center finance.
• Exhibit expert proficiency in MS Excel; VBA knowledge is advantageous.
• Cultivate an ownership mentality, demonstrating comfort in articulating ideas and taking initiative.
• Exhibit self-motivation to produce high-quality work under demanding deadlines and manage multiple concurrent transactions.
• Possess a strong desire for continuous learning.

Location and Compensation

This position is based at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA (San Francisco Bay Area), with potential for San Diego, CA, or Denver, CO. A hybrid office arrangement is in place. The base salary range is $80,000 to $130,000 annually. This range is a guideline, and the final offer will be determined by individual skills, experience, location, and market data, ensuring internal equity. Total compensation may include a discretionary annual bonus and a comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
