Job description
Overview
We are looking for an experienced aircraft mechanic to carry out inspection, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, and maintenance work on aircraft systems and structures at the physical worksite in Mississauga, Ontario.
Language Requirement
English is required for this role.
Education
A secondary school graduation certificate is required.
Experience
You should have 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
Work Location
This is an on-site position only. All duties must be performed at the employer's physical location, with no remote work option available.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues in aircraft hydraulic systems.
- Identify and resolve problems in aircraft mechanical systems.
- Inspect and troubleshoot aircraft structural systems.
- Carry out repairs and overhauls on structural, mechanical, and hydraulic aircraft components.
- Fit or alter aircraft engines and related mechanical, hydraulic, flight control, fuel, and pneumatic systems.
- Take apart airframes, engines, and other aircraft systems for servicing, repair, cleaning, and reassembly.
- Complete and record routine maintenance work.
- Manage ordering and tracking of parts and supply inventory.
