About the Role
We are seeking a driven and client-oriented Air Ticketing Executive to become a part of our expanding travel operations team. The selected candidate will manage international flight bookings and ticketing tasks utilizing the Amadeus GDS system, ensuring top-notch service to clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international flight reservations and ticketing using Amadeus GDS.
- Provide clients with precise fare details, routing options, and ticketing solutions.
- Handle air ticket issuance, cancellations, reissues, and refund procedures.
- Engage professionally with clients through email, chat, or telephone communication.
- Keep customer data up-to-date within CRM platforms.
- Support itinerary preparation and travel document arrangements when required.
Additional Information
The position offers flexible shift start times at 5, 6, or 7 AM IST.
