Our client, a professional services firm, is expanding their technology division and seeks a skilled Software Developer with expertise in .NET and artificial intelligence to join their international financial services environment. This role is ideal for developers proficient in .NET who are interested in applying AI technologies to build innovative business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve software solutions using C# and the .NET framework.
- Collaborate within an Agile team to deliver robust, high-quality applications.
- Implement AI-driven features and automate processes within business applications.
- Work closely with analysts, fellow developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into viable technical solutions.
- Create and maintain APIs and integrate third-party technologies as needed.
- Develop and test proof-of-concept projects utilizing emerging AI tools and technologies.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues while enhancing system stability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to evolving coding standards and development workflows.
- Support application deployment and maintenance on cloud platforms.
- Keep abreast of new technological advancements and share insights across the development team.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Possesses approximately 2 to 4 years of professional experience developing applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- Experienced with relational databases and working with web services or REST APIs.
- Benefits from exposure to Python and AI or machine learning projects, either professionally or personally.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Proficient with Git and experienced in Agile software development methodologies.
- Exhibits strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Communicates well and thrives in a collaborative team atmosphere.
