AI Script Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated AI Script Specialist to join our team in Riyadh on a full-time, onsite basis. This role involves testing and enhancing English and Arabic voice-bots to guarantee high quality and performance, as well as supporting various AI-related tasks including client demonstrations and model support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing and provide insightful feedback on English and Arabic voice-bot functionalities to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Participate actively in client meetings and support live demonstrations to effectively exhibit our AI technologies.
• Assist in optimizing the performance of Arabic Text-To-Speech models.
• Analyze client recordings to understand business scenarios and assist in preparing detailed Proof of Concept documentation.
• Contribute to the development and testing processes of the Script Recommendation Agent.
• Perform comprehensive testing, optimization, and final acceptance of output content to ensure it meets quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Exceptional ability to learn quickly, with a strong interest in artificial intelligence and familiarity with various AI tools and Microsoft platforms.
• Excellent logical reasoning, meticulous attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem solving.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English with outstanding communication capabilities.
• Saudi national with an in-depth understanding of diverse Arabic accents and dialects.
• Capable of providing full-time onsite support in Riyadh with relevant IT experience.
