AI Research Scientist (Remote)

Position Overview

This is a full-time remote opportunity for an AI Research Scientist to work with a leading company driving advancements in frontier AI research and infrastructure. The role focuses on advancing state-of-the-art machine learning models and scaling AI systems to enhance performance and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

• Head the research and creation of advanced frontier AI models prioritizing scalability and operational efficiency.
• Architect and improve large-scale AI training and inference systems to meet production standards.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate AI solutions into real-world applications.
• Assess and compare new AI methodologies against leading benchmarks to advance innovation.
• Publish research outcomes and actively contribute to the AI academic and professional community.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, or allied domains.
• Experience managing large distributed systems and proficiency with cloud computing platforms.
• Expertise in programming with Python, and using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Understanding of GPU/TPU acceleration techniques and high-performance computational environments.
• Capability to innovate and implement new algorithms for AI model training and inference processes.

Compensation
