Eligibility

Applicants should have a maximum of five years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and create AI-driven productivity tools aimed at internal engineering teams, including coding assistants, knowledge retrieval platforms, and automation of workflows.
• Develop large language model (LLM)-based applications to support development tasks such as automated code generation, comprehension, and test script creation.
• Embed AI functionalities throughout all phases of the software development cycle — from gathering requirements to deployment — to enhance engineering productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering units to diagnose workflow inefficiencies and implement AI-based enhancements.
• Research and apply advanced technical strategies such as Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
• Stay informed about evolving AI technologies to continuously improve internal platforms.

Requirements

• Possess at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Skilled in one or more programming languages, including Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript.
• Strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.
• Basic knowledge of large language models and their real-world applications.
• Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with backend or web development concepts.
• Understanding of API integration and broader system integration methods.
• Effective problem-solving skills coupled with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Good interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.
