About the Role
Liquidity is looking for a technically strong, hands-on AI Product Manager to own the design and delivery of AI-enabled products across the entire lifecycle, from data ingestion and model development to end-user applications. The role centers on building production-ready AI systems that support investment operations, financial analysis, and decision-making. You will turn complex challenges in credit risk, deal structuring, and financial modeling into scalable AI solutions while working closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering. The position also involves creating AI-native experiences such as agentic workflows, decision-support tools, and financial data platforms with a strong focus on accuracy, reliability, and ease of use.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and ship AI-first product experiences, including conversational interfaces, agent-driven workflows, automation features, and decision-support tools.
- Convert sophisticated finance and investment use cases into scalable AI product solutions.
- Lead product execution end to end across data ingestion, model components, and application layers.
- Design and implement multi-agent or prompt-based solutions for workflows such as origination, due diligence, and monitoring.
- Develop and manage structured ways of representing financial data and products.
- Take ownership of AI output quality, with attention to correctness, interpretability, and dependable production performance.
- Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and business teams to align priorities and deliver against product objectives.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues spanning data flows, model behavior, and user experience.
- Drive the creation of AI assistants, financial data mapping tools, risk-scoring systems, and simulation tools.
- Deliver solutions quickly without compromising the precision expected in financial environments.
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of product management experience with substantial technical depth.
- Strong working knowledge of large language models, including prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, and hallucination reduction.
- Good understanding of data pipelines such as ETL and APIs, along with structured and unstructured data systems.
- Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals, model behavior, and performance metrics.
- Experience in financial, analytical, or data-heavy systems is highly preferred.
- Comfort working with SQL or other data-querying tools and API-based integrations.
- Capability to define high-level architecture across data, model, and product layers.
- Strong analytical and debugging ability across data, model, and UX layers.
- Experience collaborating with Data Science and Engineering teams in live production settings.
- Prior exposure to fintech, analytics platforms, or AI-driven products is an advantage.
