About the Role

Yassir is hiring an experienced Product Manager to lead its AI initiatives. In this position, you will own the product direction and roadmap for artificial intelligence across the company and help shape how AI improves the marketplace experience.

The AI team collaborates with multiple business areas, including ride-hailing, delivery, and financial services. This role calls for a person who is comfortable challenging existing approaches, spotting opportunities for innovation, and rethinking customer experiences through practical and forward-looking AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Define a strong AI product strategy that can scale across Yassir, working closely with customers and business domains to understand marketplace behavior and identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Own the product roadmap, guide delivery from idea through launch and improvement, and balance priorities across products, countries, and team well-being.
• Use data and performance metrics to inform decisions, monitor KPIs, and refine product features so they support business goals and better outcomes.
• Act as a champion for data and AI within the company, helping teammates understand how these capabilities can drive success.
• Build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and operations.
• Communicate progress, surface risks early, and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and expected results.
• Support team culture by mentoring colleagues, encouraging open feedback and trust, and investing in your own growth as well as the growth of others.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product management experience focused on solving business problems with AI or machine learning products.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and machine learning concepts, with enough technical depth to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Proven success managing products in distributed or remote-team environments.
• Experience in a fast-growing company in mobility, on-demand services, or delivery is an advantage.
• BSc or MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
