AI Model Assessment Specialist

Role overview

This contract role is for a remote AI Model Assessment Specialist who will review AI-generated outputs, judge their quality, and provide actionable feedback that helps improve model performance. The work is estimated at 10 to 40 hours per week, with compensation ranging from $22 to $70 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-created content across different subject areas and assess how accurate and effective it is.
• Write clear, useful feedback that can be used to refine and improve model behavior.
• Examine datasets and model responses for correctness, clarity, and alignment with the task objective.
• Spot patterns, errors, edge cases, and subtle differences in AI outputs through careful reading and analysis.
• Coordinate with teammates and share findings clearly in written and spoken form.
• Use practical, real-world judgment to simulate scenarios and evaluate how well the model performs in use.

Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency at C1 or C2 standard.
• Strong reading comprehension and analytical reasoning skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to notice nuanced differences.
• Capability to give precise, practical feedback based on expertise.
• Good organization and time-management skills for remote work.
