Overview
Linnk Group is seeking an experienced AI Governance Lead to join their team in Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time onsite position with a yearly renewable contract. The role focuses on managing AI governance initiatives to ensure they align with business goals and uphold Responsible AI principles and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the portfolio of AI use cases ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
- Establish requirements for AI performance, explainability, and trustworthiness.
- Manage the entire AI lifecycle from approval, monitoring to retirement stages.
- Track the performance and potential drift of AI models while ensuring governance compliance.
- Promote and enforce Responsible AI and Explainable AI best practices.
- Work closely with AI teams and business stakeholders to generate tangible business outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in AI, Analytics, Data Science, or related decision intelligence fields.
- At least 5 years in AI governance, analytics governance, or AI assurance roles.
- In-depth knowledge of AI governance frameworks, lifecycle management, Responsible AI, and Explainable AI concepts.
- Experience managing AI projects that influence strategic or executive-level decisions.
- Master's degree and certifications in AI Governance or Responsible AI preferred.
