Job description
About the Role
This contractor role is focused on helping improve the quality of next-generation AI systems. You will review real software screenshots and assess AI outputs using your subject-matter judgment, with an emphasis on what can actually be observed on screen. Prior AI experience is not necessary; relevant domain expertise is the key requirement.
What You'll Do
- Inspect screenshots from a wide range of software products and identify interface components and user actions with accuracy.
- Check and label AI-generated responses, making sure conclusions are based only on visible evidence.
- Separate direct observations from assumptions and provide clear reasoning for each assessment.
- Carry out structured review and annotation work across dashboards, forms, admin tools, CRM platforms, and other web-based applications.
- Work with the client team to share useful feedback that supports ongoing model improvement.
- Follow quality guidelines carefully and maintain a high level of precision in all submitted work.
- Share insights clearly in both written and spoken form to support team learning and process refinement.
Requirements
- Strong ability to read screenshots and interpret user interfaces across different software environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and a consistent approach to accuracy in review tasks.
- Clear written communication skills, with the ability to explain observations in a concise way.
- Comfort using computers, digital tools, and multiple online workflows.
- Capability to tell evidence-based findings apart from assumptions.
- Background in structured annotation or review work in a technical, product, or operations context.
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines while working remotely.
Preferred Background
Experience in QA testing, technical support, product operations, UX research, data annotation, or technical writing is considered an advantage. Exposure to complex interfaces such as admin panels, CRM systems, and modern web applications is also helpful, as is prior experience collaborating remotely with distributed teams.
