About the Role

Position Overview
The role is for AI Safety Experts working in English and Kannada. It is a contract position offered remotely.
What You’ll Do
- Stress-test conversational AI systems and agents by looking for jailbreaks, prompt injection paths, misuse scenarios, and ways bias can be exploited.
- Create reliable human-labeled data by recording failures, tagging vulnerabilities, and highlighting broader risk patterns.
- Use structured taxonomies, evaluation benchmarks, and playbooks to keep testing consistent and repeatable.
- Prepare clear documentation, including reports, datasets, and attack examples that can be used by customers to take action.
Required Qualifications
- Strong fluency in both English and Kannada is mandatory.
- Previous experience in AI red teaming, adversarial security work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing is required.
- You should be able to explain complex risks clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Background
- Experience in adversarial machine learning, cybersecurity, or socio-technical risk assessment is an advantage.
- Background in creative probing disciplines such as psychology, acting, or writing will be considered a plus.
