Agronomist

Role Overview

RABL CO. is hiring an Agronomist for its operations in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time on-site role is focused on vegetable crop production across open fields and greenhouse environments, with an emphasis on improving output, quality, and overall field performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage every stage of vegetable cultivation in both open-field and greenhouse setups.
• Plan and execute effective irrigation, fertilization, and integrated pest management (IPM) strategies.
• Track crop condition regularly and support consistently high yields that meet modern agricultural benchmarks.
• Compile technical reports that help improve production efficiency.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, preferably in Plant Production, Plant Protection, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in vegetable farming within Saudi Arabia.
• Solid understanding of Saudi climate patterns, soil characteristics, and crop management practices.
• A valid Saudi driving license is required.
