Role overview

Join a major global blockchain company known for running one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges by trading volume and user base. Its ecosystem spans trading, finance, education, research, payments, institutional offerings, Web3 products, and more, with a focus on expanding access to digital assets and financial services worldwide.

This position is for an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager who will look after and expand long-term partnerships with important affiliates and channel partners across international markets.

The role is centered on partnership stewardship rather than cold outreach or aggressive lead generation. Success in this position depends on strengthening affiliate retention, improving revenue, maintaining stable relationships, and staying alert to commercial and compliance risks.

The right candidate will have a strong understanding of the crypto and FX affiliate landscape, combine commercial judgment with relationship management skills, and be able to balance growth goals with platform standards and regulatory considerations.

What you will do

  • Build, manage, and strengthen ongoing relationships with current affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners.
  • Improve affiliate outcomes across user acquisition, trading activity, retention, and revenue contribution.
  • Track partner performance indicators and flag unusual patterns, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Resolve partner issues in a professional manner, including commission disagreements, competitive poaching concerns, and operational escalations.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.
  • Create and launch joint promotions, incentive structures, and partnership campaigns with affiliates.
  • Review affiliate ROI, trading behavior, and lifecycle data to improve ecosystem efficiency.
  • Spot and reduce risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, and non-compliant traffic sources.
  • Stay informed about competitor affiliate offerings, commission models, and broader industry developments.
  • Assist with affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and long-term partner development.

Requirements

  • Background in Crypto, FX, CFD, trading platforms, or a similar financial sector.
  • Working knowledge of exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission models, and rebate structures.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, key account management, or B2B partnership management.
  • Solid understanding of partner lifecycle management and incentive systems.
  • Strong relationship-building ability and clear stakeholder communication skills.
  • Comfort handling sensitive partner situations with maturity and professionalism.
  • Ability to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends.
  • Capability to negotiate commercial terms for exclusive deals, tiered commissions, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Strong risk awareness around affiliate abuse, compliance issues, and suspicious trading patterns.
  • Cross-cultural communication skills; experience across LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is preferred.
  • Patient, steady, and focused on long-term partnerships.
  • Service-minded with a collaborative partnership approach.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal sensitivity.
  • Able to notice early signs of affiliate churn, competitor activity, or business decline.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Trading or quantitative trading exposure is a plus.
  • Experience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligence is a plus.
  • Experience managing online communities or affiliate networks is a plus.
  • English fluency is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional languages are an advantage.
