Job description
About LearnWorlds
LearnWorlds is a cloud-based e-learning platform built to help organizations create, manage, and monetize online learning experiences. Its tools support everything from building full e-learning websites and authoring courses to selling learning products in both B2B and B2C settings. The company serves around 12,000 customers across more than 150 countries and operates with a fully remote team, while also giving employees the option to work from offices in Athens, Crete, or Limassol if they prefer a hybrid style.
LearnWorlds is driven by the belief that learning is one of the most powerful forces for personal and business growth. Its goal is to provide a highly flexible learning solution that adapts to complex, modern business needs and helps people, businesses, and communities grow through knowledge.
Role Purpose
In this role, you will expand LearnWorlds' global partner network by finding, engaging, onboarding, and enabling high-quality affiliates, publishers, creators, agencies, consultancies, and other education-oriented partners. The main emphasis is on partner acquisition and activation: you will reach out proactively, handle incoming applications, and convert strong prospects into qualified leads, trials, customers, and revenue.
You will work across multiple partner channels and platforms, including PartnerStack, Rakuten, direct affiliates, publishers, sub-networks, agencies, consultants, and selected reseller opportunities. Because the network is international, you may occasionally need to take early or late meetings depending on time zones, with working hours balanced accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate affiliates, publishers, creators, e-learning agencies, consultancies, implementation partners, consultants, and other education-focused collaborators that fit LearnWorlds well.
- Launch proactive outreach efforts, qualify prospects, and convert promising contacts into active partners.
- Develop scalable methods for partner research and outreach, including list creation, segmentation, personalized messaging, follow-up sequences, and tracking.
- Manage the end-to-end partner acquisition journey, from first contact and introductory calls through negotiation, approval, onboarding, and activation.
- Help new partners understand LearnWorlds, its audience, value proposition, and the best ways to promote the platform.
- Review partner quality and promotional behavior, including PPC activity, brand bidding, coupon and discount usage, traffic hijacking, attribution risk, and possible channel cannibalization; recommend restrictions, suspension, or termination when appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build and distribute partner enablement materials such as onboarding emails, product messaging, campaign briefs, presentations, promotional concepts, email copy, and other resources.
- Track partner performance across platforms such as PartnerStack and Rakuten.
- Monitor and report on metrics including applications, approved partners, activated partners, traffic, trials, customers, revenue, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Provide concise progress updates to the Head of Affiliate and Partnerships and other internal stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing, sales, content, creative, data, finance, legal, and product marketing teams to support partner success, campaigns, tracking, reporting, payouts, and compliance.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner acquisition, partnerships, performance marketing, or a similar growth-oriented position.
- Previous exposure to SaaS, EdTech, the creator economy, online learning, marketplaces, or B2B software is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience recruiting and activating affiliates or partners online, including outreach, discovery calls, negotiation, onboarding, and follow-up.
- A strong acquisition mindset with the ability to identify suitable partners, build trust, negotiate effectively, and turn prospects into active promoters.
- Practical experience with partner platforms such as PartnerStack, Impact, Awin, Rakuten, CJ, ShareASale, or similar systems.
- Experience using outreach, CRM, or automation tools is beneficial.
- Interest in applying AI and automation to improve partner research, outreach, onboarding, reporting, follow-ups, and internal workflows.
- Good knowledge of affiliate models, including revenue share, CPA, commission structures, attribution, tracking, partner quality, and ROI.
- Strong analytical ability and the capacity to translate performance data into actionable decisions.
- Excellent written and spoken English, along with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with partners across regions and time zones, including occasional early or late calls when needed.
Benefits
- Private health and life insurance coverage.
- Fully remote working option for those who prefer to work from home, with in-person team meetings only a few times each year.
- Annual personal training budget.
- Yearly home office allowance to help set up your workspace.
- Company-provided laptop.
- 23 days of paid time off.
- Three early summer Fridays during July and August.
- Access to AI tools at work.
- Free access to a LearnWorlds School so you can create and sell your own courses.
- The chance to work with one of the world's top 5 e-learning course platforms.
- An opportunity to grow with the company and influence the future direction of e-learning.
- An entrepreneurial, international, highly driven team with a flat structure that supports challenge, growth, and learning.
- Company retreats and other on-site team activities.
