Role Overview

We seek a Graduate Advertising Associate to join our Dublin-based advertising team. You will focus on managing and optimising Amazon Sponsored Ads and Demand-Side Platform (DSP) campaigns, reporting to an advertising manager. This position offers the chance to work with leading global brands, fostering their growth across the UK and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns.
• Provide performance reporting to clients while supporting continuous communication.
• Analyze account metrics and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Utilize advanced research and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with a passionate team to enhance client accounts and introduce innovative strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent command of written English with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to perform well in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience exceeding six months in paid search advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads).
• Exposure to managing agency client accounts.
• Familiarity with eCommerce advertising and programmatic display strategies.
