Role overview

This position focuses on turning strong inbound interest into new business and enterprise customers. The work combines careful qualification, consultative selling, and disciplined management of the sales pipeline. You will connect with prospects evaluating AI solutions, identify their business challenges, and move them through a streamlined, value-led buying journey.

The role calls for strong discovery ability, a clear way of explaining business impact, and steady delivery against activity, conversion, and revenue goals. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospects considering how AI can improve their workflows, while delivering a smooth and professional experience from the first touchpoint through deal closure.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads quickly and professionally through calls, email, and digital outreach.
  • Run structured discovery conversations to understand customer use cases, technical requirements, and buying criteria.
  • Move prospects through each stage of the sales process, including qualification, value explanation, product guidance, objection handling, and closing.
  • Take responsibility for the complete sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement, with a focus on conversion quality.
  • Work toward monthly targets across activity, conversion rate, pipeline coverage, and quota delivery.
  • Keep the Salesforce pipeline clean, current, and accurately forecasted.
  • Share customer insights, market feedback, and competitive observations with internal teams.
  • Maintain a professional, responsive, and customer-first style of communication.
  • Stay current on product capabilities, new releases, and practical use cases.
  • Track AI/ML market developments and competitor activity to support effective positioning.
  • Remain adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
  • Complete additional ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of inside sales or closing experience in SaaS, ideally in a fast-moving or SMB-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Experience using consultative sales methods and discovery frameworks such as BANT or MEDDICC.
  • Comfort with running structured sales calls, addressing objections, and tailoring solutions to customer needs.
  • Fluency in English and Korean is mandatory to support customer interactions across South Korea and Southeast Asia.
  • Ability to use Salesforce or similar CRM tools with a strong focus on data accuracy and pipeline discipline.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement workflows such as call cadences and email sequencing.
  • Self-driven, competitive, and focused on performance.
  • Well-organized and dependable when handling multiple prospects and follow-up cycles.
  • Customer-oriented, solution-focused, and motivated to contribute to a fast-evolving AI business.
  • Must follow security requirements and protect personal information privacy.
