Adoption & Measurement Analyst (BI)

Overview

Inbox Business Technologies seeks a skilled Adoption & Measurement Analyst specializing in Business Intelligence to lead the design and upkeep of the program's measurement system. Key responsibilities include developing a robust KPI framework, managing surveys and dashboards to monitor engagement, data literacy, and employee satisfaction, and translating data into actionable insights guiding organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a comprehensive adoption KPI framework focusing on Employee Engagement, Data Literacy, and Employee Satisfaction metrics.
• Craft and manage various surveys and polls in collaboration with subject matter experts, including analysis of results for sentiment and trend identification.
• Create Power BI dashboards and progress reports aligned with quarterly and annual timelines.
• Calculate essential metrics such as completion and attendance rates, and survey scores according to Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications.
• Deliver insightful adoption analyses and strategic recommendations to the Change & Communications Lead.
• Ensure the accuracy, definition, and documentation integrity of all measurement data.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 4 to 7 years of experience in data analysis, BI analysis, or program measurement, preferably with exposure to change management, HR, or program analytics.
• Demonstrated capability in dashboard creation and survey-based measurement methodologies.
• Proficient in Power BI dashboard development, advanced Excel skills, and foundational statistics knowledge.
• Experience in designing KPI frameworks and metrics related to adoption or change initiatives.
• Familiarity with survey design and administration using platforms like MS Forms or Qualtrics; skilled in sentiment and trend evaluations.
• Certifications such as Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) are desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills are essential.
