Role overview

This remote contractor role is for an Adobe Illustrator specialist who can build and deliver training focused on modern Illustrator workflows, including AI-enabled tools and techniques. The position is based in Canada and pays between $21 and $70 per hour.

What you will do

  • Develop complete learning programs for Adobe Illustrator, with particular emphasis on AI-powered capabilities and practical workflows.
  • Run live virtual training sessions that are interactive and adjusted to different experience levels and learning preferences.
  • Prepare lesson plans, tutorials, and supporting documentation that help learners continue improving after the sessions.
  • Evaluate participant progress, share actionable feedback, and modify training delivery to improve outcomes.
  • Keep current with Illustrator releases and AI-related enhancements, then reflect those updates in the training content.
  • Work with the client team to understand training requirements and make sure the sessions support business objectives.

What we are looking for

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Illustrator, including practical use of AI-based features and tools.
  • Comfort teaching mid-level Illustrator users, covering both basic and more advanced concepts.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with a style that is clear, supportive, and effective.
  • Background in online teaching, virtual training, or professional instructional content delivery.
  • Well-developed planning and time-management ability, plus careful attention to detail when creating training materials.

Additional information

This is a contractor position. The engagement is remote. Compensation is set at $21 to $70 per hour.
