About the Role
Reliable Study is seeking a motivated Admission Counsellor to assist prospective students in navigating the admission process. This position involves advising students and parents on courses, universities, eligibility criteria, and career pathways, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to prospective students and their families concerning course options, universities, and admission steps.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds and career aspirations to propose appropriate programs.
- Engage with inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
- Support students in completing application forms, gathering documentation, and fulfilling admission criteria.
- Maintain detailed records of student communications and admissions within a CRM system.
- Collaborate with university contacts and internal departments to facilitate timely application processing.
- Meet monthly targets for admissions and enrollments.
- Represent the organization at educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and marketing events.
- Keep abreast of evolving admission policies, eligibility standards, and industry developments.
Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Effective counseling and sales skills capable of building trust with students and parents.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, or sales is advantageous.
- Enthusiastic fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills are also welcome to apply.
