Administrative Services Manager

Role overview

This contract opportunity is for an administrative operations strategy consultant who can apply practical leadership experience to assess how work flows through an organization and turn that insight into structured, domain-focused outputs for advanced research and evaluation work.

The position is fully remote and designed for someone who is comfortable working independently in a flexible arrangement while contributing useful operational judgment to high-impact assessment systems.

Compensation is set at $90 to $110 per hour, with an expected commitment of about 30 to 40 hours each week.

Key responsibilities

• Create organized operational deliverables drawn from administrative services and office management scenarios.
• Review outputs produced by others and judge them for alignment, accuracy, and overall execution quality.
• Examine administrative workflows to spot inefficiencies, missing steps, or procedural weaknesses.
• Write clear, practical recommendations based on sound management reasoning.
• Use subject-matter expertise to strengthen evaluation standards and improve workflow reliability.

Core requirements

• Substantial background in administrative operations, facilities coordination, or support-related functions.
• Strong business writing skills with careful grammar, clear structure, and accurate documentation.
• Ability to assess operational requests with good judgment and a process-focused mindset.
• Comfort working on independent, project-based assignments with limited supervision.
• High attention to detail when examining procedures, workflows, and administrative outputs.
