Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Secretary position based in Accra. The successful candidate will take care of day-to-day administrative and clerical activities, support office coordination, and help keep business operations running smoothly.
Core Duties
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure messages are handled appropriately.
- Draft, format, and prepare a variety of office documents.
- Organize, update, and retrieve records and files in a systematic manner.
- Plan meetings and appointments while keeping calendars aligned.
- Support office logistics and general workflow so the workplace operates efficiently.
- Respond to questions from visitors, customers, and other stakeholders in a courteous, professional way.
- Provide administrative support to colleagues and management as needed.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should be comfortable handling clerical work, document preparation, filing, and routine office support. Strong verbal and written communication is important for dealing with colleagues, management, customers, and outside contacts.
