Role overview
TAFE JD is seeking a polished and highly organized Administrative Coordinator & Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day support to leadership and keep administrative workflows running smoothly.
What you will do
- Manage executive calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Draft business letters, formal correspondence, and official documents in both Arabic and English.
- Take care of incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and general office communication.
- Record meeting notes, circulate minutes, and track follow-up actions until completion.
- Maintain orderly company files, documents, and records.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and business partners to support smooth coordination.
Required background
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline is required.
- Applicants should have 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills are essential.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office is expected.
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through abilities are needed.
- The role requires the ability to perform under pressure while handling sensitive information discreetly.
