Role Summary

This remote Administrative Assistant role is suited to someone organized, dependable, and comfortable handling several tasks at once. Strong communication and attention to detail are important for success in this position.

Work Location and Schedule

This is a remote role based in Lebanon. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am Lebanon time. The role includes a 1-hour paid break.

Compensation

The pay for this position is $200 per week.

Responsibilities

  • Speak with clients and contractors in a professional manner, including handling incoming calls.
  • Support document filing and paper work organization.
  • Reply to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Keep CRM records current and accurate.
  • Help coordinate schedules and general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with interview scheduling.
  • Enter and maintain data with accuracy.

Requirements

  • Very good spoken and written English skills.
  • Clear and confident communication abilities.
  • Dependable high-speed internet connection with stable Wi‑Fi.
  • Own a computer or laptop.
  • Prior experience working with CRM systems.
  • Comfort using email and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
