Role overview
This position supports onboarding, transaction processing, documentation management, and day-to-day administrative work for the EAM team. The role is suited to someone who is highly organised, careful with details, and comfortable working across multiple operational tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client and account onboarding paperwork, including internal company forms and custodian bank documentation.
- Compile and prepare paperwork for fund subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and related transactions.
- Assist with recurring review exercises by preparing documents and helping coordinate submissions.
- Carry out screening checks and background verification processes.
- Enter structured product trade information into internal systems and keep records up to date.
- Handle system data entry and ensure administrative records are updated correctly and on time.
- Prepare, print, and bind portfolio statements, presentation materials, and other documents requested by Client Advisors.
- Arrange courier pickups, document collection, and delivery logistics.
- Keep client files and internal records properly organised and maintained.
- Provide non-client-facing administrative and operational assistance to the EAM team.
Candidate profile
- Experience in administration, operations, banking support, or wealth management support is preferred.
- Fresh graduates interested in private banking or wealth management are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to process documentation accurately.
- Comfortable juggling several tasks in a busy, deadline-driven setting.
- Good coordination and communication abilities.
- Dependable, proactive, and open to learning.
- Able to manage confidential information with care and discretion.
- Exposure to onboarding paperwork, periodic reviews, or banking documentation is an added advantage.
