Role overview

We are looking for an organized and dependable entry-level administrative assistant to support everyday office activity and help keep business operations running smoothly. In this role, you will work closely with managers and team members to handle routine administrative tasks, keep information well organized, and contribute to a professional and efficient workplace.

What you will do

  • Assist managers, departments, and colleagues with a range of administrative tasks.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a courteous and professional way.
  • Maintain orderly physical and digital files, records, and documentation.
  • Support data entry, document preparation, report creation, and spreadsheet upkeep.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments, and help manage calendars.
  • Draft and share internal messages and office paperwork.
  • Help monitor office supplies, handle filing, and carry out general office support duties.
  • Contribute to special assignments and other work requested by management.

What we are looking for

  • A high school diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Clear spoken and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Careful attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to handle several tasks and set priorities effectively.
  • Open-minded attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt in a professional office setting.
  • Prior experience in administration, customer service, or office work is helpful but not mandatory.
